Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday ship the same day. Weekend orders ship the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. You can also track your order on our order tracking page.
What if my package is damaged?
We replace damaged items free of charge. Contact us at support@glowares.ca with photos of the damage and we'll send a replacement immediately.
